Our 6 monthly programme runs on most Fridays of the year with an average of 15-20 walkers each week. The area we usually cover is within 1 hours drive of Tonbridge although we do occasionally venture further afield.
We start at 10.15, walk at a good pace, and aim to finish by 1.00 when the majority of us indulge in a pub lunch by way of reward! Depending on the terrain the walks can range from approximately 4½ to 6½ miles in length with a short own drink/snack stop at a suitable halfway point. Specific walk lengths are stated in the programme. Our walks can include some steep climbs and many stiles.
